Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: 2 pets maximum, (cats or dogs). $200 security deposit, $200 non-refundable pet fee - $20 monthly rent for dogs, $15 monthly rent for cats. The following breeds are not allowed: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Spitz, Akita. Additional breed restrictions could apply. Chow, All pets must be under 75 lbs.
